Software Customization and Management Reporting

Software Customization

All the AbaTrans Professional in-house range of software applications can be customized and modified to suite your own unique requirements. Please note that we cannot customize our AbaOnline applications.

• Each Application comes with its own "built-in" capture screens for each function and these can be modified to suit your method of operation.
• The standard "public" documents such as invoices, statements, manifests, etc. are re-developed and designed to include your corporate identity and details.
• All Applications and add-on modules can seamlessly share the same data, for example, from warehouse to operations to accounting - that means that there is no duplication of effort by re-capturing information and this minimizes human error.
• Our software can be customized to produce your data in the required formats for integration into industry-standard accounting packages such as SAGE, AccPac and Pastel.

Customization of Management Reports

Management Information Reporting needs vary greatly from company to company and month-end consolidations are time-consuming. The need for up-to-date management, statistical and accounting information is a vital aspect of any transport business. How you want it, when you want it.

• Additional customized Reports can be developed specifically for your purposes which means that information can be produced in the exact format or depth-of-detail that you require, and when it is required.
• Data can also be output in the industry-standard spreadsheet format for further manipulation and statistical analysis.

Add-On Modules - optional functionality choices

There are various Add-on Modules from which you can choose, depending on the core Application e.g. AbaLoad, AbaWarehouse or AbaFleet.

This means that you can save money because you don't pay for those parts of the system you don't use!

Each Add-on extends or enhances the functionality of one or more of the basic core Applications.
